Cómo lo logramos

• The infrastructure was obsolete. It did not allow for proper security management and administration, user provisioning, or technologies and services as basic as Exchange.
• There was no trust relationship between the active directories and domains that were distributed. To add to the complexity, there were more than four email domains and 13 different active directory forests (on-prem) with a single domain each. This infrastructure supported 12 hotels plus the headquarters in Madrid.
• A single domain forest approach was developed and a single active directory scheme was defined on Microsoft Azure. This solution enabled comprehensive management of the security and integrity of the organisation’s business and productivity applications, as well as the provisioning of new services and the registration of new employees in a consistent, standardised and very simple way.
• Migration of the Linux server to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform for the management of more than 400 users.
• Implementation, deployment and training of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform plans at the chain’s headquarters and hotels.
• This project has achieved a drastic reduction in infrastructure maintenance costs and subsequent centralised management by the client’s IT department.
