Migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management for the integration of all areas and optimisation of their processes.
Cómo lo logramos
Objective: To promote mixed reality through Dynamics 365 Remote Assist and Dynamics 365 Guides for maintenance, support, and training areas.
Dynamics 365 Remote Assist:
- It allows plant operators to share what they see with remote experts in real time and get the help they need while keeping their hands free with HoloLens or other mobile devices.
- It avoids unnecessary travel, reducing costs and potential delays with remote inspections via videos, screenshots and annotations made on devices.
- Remote assistance also relies on Microsoft Teams for meetings and direct contact via video conferencing, leveraging communication and collaboration capabilities, as it allows documents to be opened and sessions to be recorded thanks to Teams.
- Similarly, Hololens allows the integration of Power Apps and Power Platform, facilitating access to information from ERP or any other data source.
Dynamics 365 Guides:
- Assist factory workers in learning complex tasks related to the use of production machinery, reducing errors, improving their training and continuous processes with online guidance at their own workstation.
- Enhance remote collaboration and provide employees with step-by-step holographic instructions to use where the work is performed.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management:
- Integration of all areas and optimisation of the supply chain.
